My desire is to help people, I would love the opportunity to help you and your family. I do volunteer work on Sundays after church. If you can't afford to pay for labor, request to be added to the queue. Monday-Friday rates are based on fair market value, I do not bill by the hour. For example, changing out a leaking faucet would cost $155. Some may take a half hour, some may take four hours. The rate stays the same based on the type of job with variables for unseen or unknown damage that need repaired. Refer to each individual contract for scope of work and details surrounding the job.

Existing Customers: If a business relationship has already been established, estimates may be provided for free online through my contact email if a trip to your property is not necessary, or if we already have work scheduled at the location. Provide photos and a description of the work to be done with any relevant measurements.
New Customers: A non refundable deposit that will be used toward the final bill of $150 will be charged for coming to your property to take measurements and build an estimate.

As a homeowner and a father of five, I know life can get stressful at times. That's why I'm here to help! I have experience with framing, roofing, drywall, siding, landscaping, tree services, building and troubleshooting computers, equipment maintenance and repair, paint and trim, concrete, building custom woodwork, Cabinets, fixtures, appliance repair and installation, and more. Currently, only common handyman services are insured, please inquire for specific insurance details.
I am the person who cares about doing things the right way. I do not; cut corners, do drugs, steal, or envy. I will respect and treat your property better than my own.

A Helping Handyman LLC provides a 30 day warranty on work performed. If at any point within 30 days of a job being completed there are defects due to workmanship the repairs will be conducted free of charge.
Manufactured Products will be installed according to requirements for the manufactures warranty. See manufacture warranties for product warranty detail.
Customers who purchase cheap items from Etsy or other low quality products with no manufactures warranty will have no warranty provided toward the product.

If you have a problem, I can solve it the right way. And if I don't know how, I'll figure it out for you and get it done! I want to be the first call you and your family make when you have a problem that needs solving. If I say I am going to do something, then it is going to get done. I will not string you along for months like some contractors tend to do to finish a job.
I can take the pressure off of you from finding different contractors to do different tasks, as I can often do them all.
